1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you (“student”, “you”, or “your”) and Zaheer Abbas Warraich (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding the website, Facebook Monetization training, AI content creation education, classes, recordings, resources, communities, and related support.

If you do not agree, do not make payment, submit the enrollment form, or access the training.

2. Training Scope

The training provides educational guidance about Facebook page setup, Facebook monetization, Meta tools, content strategy, AI-assisted content creation, originality, page growth, payouts, and related topics described on the sales page.

Topics, tools, examples, schedules, instructors, delivery methods, session order, and supporting resources may be updated where reasonably necessary to improve delivery, respond to platform changes, or handle technical circumstances.

3. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must provide accurate enrollment and payment information. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Facebook, Meta products, AI tools, payment services, and other third-party platforms complies with their rules and with applicable law.

Minors may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.

4. Fees and Manual Payment Verification

All fees are stated on the checkout page. Enrollment is not confirmed merely because a form or screenshot has been submitted. Access is provided only after the payment is received and manually verified.

You are responsible for sending the correct amount, using the correct network or account details, and paying any bank, wallet, exchange, currency-conversion, or network fees. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account, address, network, or unauthorised person.

5. No-Refund Rule

All payments are final and non-refundable once payment has been made. This rule applies whether or not you attend live sessions, complete assignments, use recordings, join the community, change your mind, experience scheduling conflicts, or stop participating.

A verified duplicate payment or a refund expressly required by applicable law may be considered separately. No refund is promised for platform changes, account restrictions, monetization decisions, reach, earnings, device limitations, internet problems, or third-party service issues.

6. Access, Schedule, and Recordings

Class dates, times, access links, recordings, and community instructions will be communicated through the contact details you provide. You are responsible for checking your email and WhatsApp and for joining on time.

Live sessions may be rescheduled, combined, replaced, or delivered through a recording where reasonably necessary because of instructor availability, technical issues, platform outages, emergencies, or similar circumstances.

7. Student Conduct

You must not:

• Harass instructors, staff, students, or community members.
• Share spam, scams, malware, illegal content, or misleading claims.
• Impersonate another person or submit false payment proof.
• Record, copy, resell, leak, distribute, or publicly share private classes, recordings, prompts, templates, documents, community messages, or access links without written permission.
• Use the training to violate intellectual-property rights, platform rules, payment rules, privacy rights, or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated misconduct without refund.

8. Intellectual Property and Licence

Course videos, live sessions, recordings, slides, notes, prompts, templates, checklists, branding, website copy, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Zaheer Abbas Warraich.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning and implementation. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload, reproduce, distribute, teach from, or create a competing paid product from the materials without prior written permission.

9. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee views, followers, monetization approval, monetization invitations, RPM, income, payout approval, account verification, policy clearance, page recovery, or any specific financial or business result.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your execution, content quality, consistency, niche, audience response, account history, country eligibility, platform policies, technical systems, market conditions, and decisions made by Meta or other third parties.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Facebook, Meta, WhatsApp, Payoneer, Wise, banks, exchanges, AI tools, editing tools, hosting providers, and other services are independent third parties. Their availability, pricing, policies, eligibility rules, features, and decisions can change without notice.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their outages, restrictions, suspensions, verification decisions, data practices, pricing, or losses caused by your use of them.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profit, reach, accounts, content, data, opportunity, reputation, or anticipated income.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability relating to the paid training will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for that specific enrollment.

12. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of course materials, false payment information, or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written communication.

Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by the courts with lawful jurisdiction in Pakistan.

14. Changes and Severability

We may update these terms for future or continued use when our services, delivery model, technology, or legal obligations change. If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
